“Customer service is excellent messages are replied to promptly and all information is sent in advance of the shoot and is thorough and clear. Very friendly and kind.
When on the shoot everyone; adults and children are put at ease immediately. She works around you and your families personalities and your wants and needs for the shoot. You are never rushed and she will offer advise and help through the shoot. For example she will give advise on good locations to shoot at with the location you have chosen and will direct children and adults when needed in a friendly and kind manner.
Whilst on our shoot she was more than happy to help my eldest through a muddy section of the woods helping keep his white trainers as clean as possible.
After the shoot we recieved our photos extremely quickly, all very natural which was exactly what we wanted. Even then she was happy for us to make requests on some of the photos e.g. if we wanted them brightening up etc.
From the moment we made contact to the moment we received our photos the service provided was exceptional. I will definitely be using Morgan Photography again and recommending her to all my family and friends.”
